I looked a while back and found a bitrate calculator for mp4 that I used to compress a video for Vimeo (I encode mine to the m2ts extension). I undershot it and it was still off a bit so I had to do two renders instead of just one.

So, I have this one I can use it understanding I need to undershoot it, but I was wondering if any of you have a specific one you use?

Of course, I could do the math and figure it out on my own...
