Hello! I have an issue in Movie Studio 17 Platinum where i can only see the video in the preview if i have the grid or safe area overlay on. And if i change some settings like show transport bar from the right click menu, it comes back for one frame. Also, i have an amd gpu, and i only see intel QSV in the file io. Though it is quite old, it might just be that it's not available. My specs are:
Radeon r7 260x
Intel core i5-4590
Windows 10
How could i fix this?

The instructions apply to VMS as well as VP. Make sure you follow all the instructions so the cache gets cleared.

Thank you for your response. I Did what you said, but the issue is persists. What could i do next?
Turning off gpu acceleration seems to have fixed the problem! My computer did bluescreen quite a bit (now it's fixed) so maybe the driver got corrupted? Just a thought.
