Blank Screen Editing Vegas Pro 18.0

My HP Z620 desktop PC uses Microsoft 10, (2) 1.2GB/sec cpus, 30 GB RAM, my external storage is a 2 TB drive. I am editing 19 min of 32 clips and my video screen has gone Black 2 separate times. I exited VP 18, held Shft and Ctrl and double-clicked VP shortcut to restore factory defaults. VP opened, but I never saw "Do you want to reset all preferences to default values."

2 days ago, when I first did this, my Blank screen problem was fixed. When editing yesterday, VP screen was Black when playing timeline; could hear audio. Repeated exiting VP, and restarting using steps above. Screen still Black.

Rebooted, and retried restarting holding Shft and Ctrl while double-clicking VP. Screen still Black.

I think you should remove your email and cell phone as this is a public forum, not private tech support!
