After adding Twixtor or Sapphire effects, my clip color changed to blue and i got solutions for that, but another problem come. My clip now have Blue Line, please help me, i can't edit videos if this always happened. (Sorry for my bad english)

I would think that when you installed Sapphire and are asked to enter the serial number, you would have done that in the beginning.
