Blue line at top of renderend file

Hi
When I create a video clip in Vegas and play it back in windows media player, there is alwyas a blue/green line at the very top of the clip. Any way to get rid of this?

do you see the "line" in the Vegas preview window before rendering?

try checking "stretch to fill frame" when rendering-

(what format are you rendering to?)
