Blurring border or effects to a picture in picture only?

How do I add effects such as a blurred frame to a picture in a picture in picture. It seems when I try to blur the Pic in Pic border the FX are done to the entire video?

Hi Michael,

Sounds like you are using Pan/Crop to PIP rather than Track-motion... TM will PIP more easily and allow you to drop the border FX on the event.

(You might also try cookie cutter.)
