Blurry text

when I first made the video all my text where fine, now strangely they are all blurry, what could this be? I cant seem to do anything for them to be normal again... The text comes ok in its individual box but blurry on the project playback screen..

You probably did not use the "best" quality in the project properties, or if you are talking about the preview screen, you are simply not using something like preview/auto, but probably preview/half or something. Change your setting.
