Boom shockmount for studio mikes?

After seeing Spot's advice to never use shotguns on an interior shoot, I find myself searching for a boom-mountable shockmount suitable for a studio size microphone. I own a Cascade M20, which is roughly the size of a Rode NT1. I have a shockmount for the mike, but it does not hold the mike snugly enough for a boom. What is the common solution for mounting a studio mike on a boom?

Altec makes one, EV makes one, Audiotechnica makes one, you can make your own very cheaply....the EV is about 20.00 and it's just plastic and rubber bands.
Rode has one for the NT 1, so does Lightwave.
