booting past the Splash screen

After I bought and Loaded the new Sound Forge Suite, My Vegas 17 quit opening. This is the error, that I keep sending. I have un and reinstalled while leaving new sound Forge out. Tried system restore points, loded new Windows\system\OpenCL.dll I need help please
