Boris FX Primatte Studio 2021.5 Aktivierungsschlüssel geht nicht

Ich habe mir ein Vegas Post 20 Paket gekauft, Sound Forge Audio Studio 16 funktioniert, Vegas Post 20 funktioniert aber Boris FX Primatte Studio 2021.5 nimmt meinen gekauften Aktivierungsschlüssel nicht an. Was kann ich tun?

I have exactly the same problem. Run the so-called install file but I get an error - "This license is for a different host product. Can not install it here"

I have no idea where to go now.

Thank you. I did try that, I didn't get and answer there either and I was told that the Vegas Forum would be the best place to post. All a bit circular and no resolution!

Not a great start to my purchase of V 21 Pro

@David-Fairweather There are two possibilities.

First, boris fx sent you the wrong serial number. You can contact Boris FX support: https://support.borisfx.com/hc/en-us/requests/new or https://borisfx.com/support/open-a-case/

Or second, you downloaded the wrong installation package. You can find the installation package that suits you here: https://borisfx.com/legacy-downloads/?&product=Continuum&host=OFX&platform=Windows%2064-Bit or https://borisfx.com/downloads/?product=continuum&host=vegas

Hmmm. I think I need to get to Magix for support. The download and activation key both came through them as part of the upgrade email, so I am not sure Boris can help.

Note: If you already own Primatte Studio, it can also be used with VEGAS 21.

You can download the program here: https://bit.ly/3rVheoI To activate the plug-in, follow the steps below:

1. Follow the link to download the installer. To do this, create a free account or log into your existing account.

2. After you have downloaded the installer, start the installation.

3. Read and confirm the license agreement.

4. Select an installation path and start the installation.

5. Select "Activate your license now" and then enter your activation key to activate the plug-in.

6. Done! You may now use the plug-in in VEGAS.
