Boris RED 5 for Sony Vegas Pro 10 On Sale for $695

I know some editors here are considering Boris RED 5 and were talking about how it cost a lot more than BCC7 but it also includes BCC7 and Final Effects Complete, and a whole lot more... well Boris is offering RED 5 for only $695 which is only $100 more than BCC7. It's a great deal if you were "sitting on the fence" about buying it.

Okay, thanks for that. There were a few features available for After Effects that weren't functional in Vegas, so I thought it would be ideal if I could use it for both.

Johnny, are all of the features available when you open it in AE?

The reason for my original query was this link:

It suggests that certain features are available for BCC in AE that are not functional in BCC when installed in Vegas. I presume that even if I buy the version of Red 'for' Vegas, when I open it in AE it will have ALL of the functionality, including those filters not available for Vegas?
