Hey guys,
I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me?

I purchased some BorisFx Plugins a few days ago and when I try to activate the license in Vegas Pro 14 it says that the serial number I'm entering is invalid. The serial number is identical to the one I was emailed and the one that shows my receipt on the BorisFx website. Has anyone ever had this problem? I've tried to get in touch with the support staff on their end and no one will get back to me. I'm really frustrated because this is a lot of money to spend on something that won't activate. I know that I must be doing something wrong, if someone could walk me through the process or offer advice I would really appreciate it.

Apply a Boris effect to an event and after it opens up click the "License" button. Is it possible to enter your registration information from there? Did you uninstall any previous versions of Boris? BTW, I'm using BCC 10, but assume the registration is the same.
