Breaking Glass FX like in Pinnacle Studio 8 Hollywood FX

Hi I'm interested in switching over from Pinnacle studio 8,but I would like know if VideoFactory or Vegas have FX like Hollywood FX like where a clip breaks apart like Glass?

There is a 3rd party plug in from a chap called Satish, its a free download.
