I'm not sure where to report bugs but this one seems to be 100% reproducible in DVD Architect Pro 6.0 build 237:
(1) I rendered an AVC file in Vegas Pro using the standard PAL template - MainConcept AVC/AAC Blu-ray 1440x1080-50i, 25 Mbps video stream - and created a video file 1440x1080x32 25fps.
(2) I create a DVD Architect Project with Properties are set as 1440x1080 resolution, Aspect Ratio 16:9, and Frame rate 25i.
(3) I import the AVC file into DVD Architect by dragging it onto the menu.
(4) When I preview the DVD the video displays as 4:3!
If you go into File | Optimize Disc and select the video it says it's NTSC 720x480 29.970 4:3.
If you do the same using the Blu-ray 1920x1080-50i, 25 Mbps video stream template instead of the 1440x1080 it works fine so it's just a problem with 1440x1080 PAL media.
