Bug/Glitch with Win2K and VideoFactory...

Greetings.

I recently switched my computer to Windows 2000 from
Windows ME. I have an Administrator account and two user
accounts. I installed VideoFactory as the Administrator. I
want to use VideoFactory as one of my other user accounts,
but I get two unusual messages when I start VideoFactory.
It seems as if VideoFactory still works fine even though
the messages display when VideoFactory starts.

The two messages are:
1. A dialog box titled "Windows Installer" has the
message "..Incorrect command line parameters." with the
Installer version, MS Copyright, and a message that
states "..Portions of this software are based in part on
the work of the Independent JPEG group" underneath.

..and..

2. There was an error rewriting your shortcuts. You should
probably re-install to restore your shortcuts.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I ran into the same problem. I tried reinstalling the
program under another username with administrator
priviledges and it appeared to reinstall just the missing
components. After that, everything appeared to work
normally.
