When sending a event to VEGAS Effects, it will report an error "Another VEGAS Effects instance is already running."

It seems to need to close existing VEGAS Effects, then the event will be sent to a new starting VEGAS Effects.

This is very time-wasting. Can VEGAS Team make it sent to existing VEGAS Effects or asking user.
