To reproduce Open an Audio Track, Add Track FX, Attempt to Add SPL PassEQ to the end of the chain.

This happens if Microsoft Sound Mapper is selected as the Audio Output Device.

Doesn't seem to cause problems if ASIO is selected as a driver.

This is on Build 373.
