If the simplified Chinese txt, the subttles will be messy sode.

That feature works fine for me. Are you using ANIS encoded text file? I downloaded the sample text file you provided above, but it is messy codes instead of simplified Chinese. Could you double check that?

It is ANSI encoded text file. I tried to turn it to UTF8 and it became normal!
