Bugs in v 17

The help system does not work properly, causes crashes. This may vary by system. Some search topics cause the program to lock up.

Powerful features not always well documented. Not sure if bug or operational problem when using tools.

The bug that the help System causes crashes, especially if it is opened on a second Monitor, has been reported to the development Team and they have been able to reproduce such crashes. I assume that they will fix that bug in a future build of VP17.

As for the errors that occur in version 17, there are probably more of them than in the last version 16. Namely, the most annoying enterprise:
1. When zooming in and out, the time line can hang and lock, it is the most onerous at the moment
2. Switching between applications and theses program sometimes causes its freezing and blocking

Reduce or turn off timeline thumbnails to fix this. The team is aware of the issue.

I do think it is great this forum has an ongoing thread of known issues, so people can know it has already been reported. I was curious if there was also a list of 3rd party apps not yet compatible with V17 too.
