burn DL

It is time to burn my DVD and it is not recognizing or giving me a DL option. It is trying to make me compress to 4.5g even though I have a DL burner which allows 8.5. I have Nero and it recognizes DL. So what do I need to do to get Sony DVD to recognize it. Thanks ~R

File -> Properties -> Mastering tab

Change the value for Number of Layers.
