Burning a BD issue

This is my first BD project. Everything seemed to be going fine till about 88% (burning) and stayed there for at least 9 Hours. It must have locked up or something. I had to reboot computer and throw away the coaster. The project is only 9GB . Using .m2v format going into DVD Arch 5.2 . In the settings I could only find a 2x setting ( in ARCH) for the Burner (Pioneer BDR208). Using Taiyo which is rated up to 6X, & the burner up to 15x.

Are you able to create a Prepared File (ISO) on your hard drive rather than burning directly to a disc?

The way I did it was: I had a 1920x1080 24f avi project , Rendered to Bluray Mpeg 1920x1080 24f 25mbs. I took that file (.m2v) and dropped it into DVD Arch5.2. Setup the Blu-ray properties (using just the Movie setting - no menus). I could only find a 2X setting in Arch. at 18mbs. I previewed it and then Burned process. About 3Hrs or so I then noticed it was staying at 88% burned and stayed that way overnight.

What is the answer to Steve's question?

If the answer is "yes", try burning the ISO file with Imgburn.

I didn't see anyone ask. Did you match the properties in DVD Arch to your size and bit rate?
