My tip would be to click on the sound track and open it in Soundforge.
There you can save the file as a WAV or MP3 (I believe) and you can then use e.g. MusicMatch and create the audio CD.

I have tried to open it in different sound editing programs, but I can't save it to a .wav file, for some reason. Is there something I might be missing?
