Im trying to burn a movie i've created along with files of photos that are contained in the movie. can anyone give me a step by step solution for this problem. Ive tried burning the movie files to a folder and then i used nero to burn the audio and video files to a dvd along with my photo files. it burned ok but will not play in my dvd player. when i just burned the disk from dvd architect it worked ok but i couldnt add my photo files.

I have done what I think you are talking about- made several DVDs with the normal AUDIO_TS and VIDEO_TS folders, plus an additional folder I called Z_PHOTO with a bunch of assorted JPEGs. Of course the standalone DVD player does not show these JPEGs, but a computer DVD drive can read and view them normally. I have not had any compatability problems with normal DVD players with this disc. I chose the name Z_PHOTO just in case the DVD drive is hardwired to look only at the first two folders in alphabetical order (I don't know if that's really true).

None of this is related to Sonic DVD-A, which I only just purchased. I created the DVD folders with a separate app (Ulead DVD Workshop) and burned the AUDIO_TS, VIDEO_TS, and Z_PHOTO folders to my Pioneeer DVR-A03 drive using its bundled burning utility, Prassi PrimoDVD. You can either add the photos at the end of your movie and render the entire project with the photos included or create a seperate mpeg2 file in Vegas of your photos and then import that into your project as bonus material with it's own link / button pointing to your photos.
