Button Highlights help, please

I have two menus in my project

Selected buttons are color set 1
Activated buttons are color set 2

In preview, Menu 2 works as expected: The selected button is highlighted black and the activated button is blue. Menu 1 does not show the activated button color.

Anyone want to take a stab why?

For the "Act One" menu, look under the GENERAL tab on the right. You have both the Selected and Activated using the same Color Set (you should change Activated to Color Set 2)...

Thanks - it's the little things that get you. I started with menu 2 and when I was on the color sets tab it was set to "project wide", so I overlooked the color set assignments in "General" when I added menu 1.
