Button highlights stuck!

DVDA 5.2
All of the buttons (inc navigation) are highlighted (Button mask) as soon as I open the project. When making the DVD all work as normal, so no panic. But, it makes adjusting contrast/brightness of those buttons with a thumbnail impossible. Anyone else experienced this?

You just need to go to the View menu, select Workspace Overlays and uncheck the option to Show Button Masks. (You may have accidentally turned it on by pressing Ctrl+b.)
