Buy vegas 18 and get 19 when it comes out (not)

I made a purchase from Vegas for Vegas Pro 18 with the deal stating I would get 19 when it came out. This did not happen and contact Vegas support brought on emails that I made no such deal. Unfortunatly, after looking at sales receipts and on my product page I see no indication of such a deal but I know I made it.

I sent a reply today to the private emails you have been sending me and have explained what has happened, after I analysed the data you sent me. You used the wrong upgrade link 11 months ago to purchase the upgrade, which is why Magix has no record of you purchasing the 2 for 1 offer. Unfortunately you never purchased the 2 for 1 deal, and only bought the upgrade for VP18 (for $99).
