Cakewalk cannot generate MIDI Time Code, and this is the only type of
external sync that Vegas can chase or trigger to.
If you are using CW as a MIDI sequencer only, you should set Vegas to
be the master and CW as the slave. Vegas can generate MTC or MIDI
Clock, which Cakewalk can slave to.
