...Using Vegas 4.0b....
The situation:
I was previewing footage in the media pool (no the timeline) and was using one monitor. I undocked the viewer so I could look at a larger view of the image (my second monitor died a week ago). The clip had both audio and video. I was done previewing and meant to re-dock the viewer but inadvertantly closed the viewer....no big deal. just go to "View" and reopen right? No big deal.
The problem:
The problem is, I was still getting audio from the clip I was previewing from the timeline. I tried pressing stop... The audio remained. I placed the same clip in the timeline and pressed play..It played alright but the audio from the preview kept going so I could hear both the one in the timeline and the one from the preview that wouldn't stop...
I closed Vegas and reopened and all was well but I went through the steps again of what I did before and the problem reappeared....Can anyone else duplicate this?
Possible bug?
