Can Boris FX Continuum 2021 Title Studio be put on multiple machines?

Magix has an offer for Boris FX Continuum 2021.5 Title Studio and Boris FX Continuum 2021.5 Transitions Unit for $199 and it expires today May 3rd 2022. Can these two products be installed on two computers (laptop & workstation) just like is allowed for my Vegas Pro 16 software? And are they compatible with Pro 16 running on Windows 10?

BorisFX Units can be installed on a number of computers but, under BorisFX licensing, only one computer can have BCC activated at the one time. De-activating on one computer and then activating on another computer is quite straightforward.

In Vegas Pro's Video Event FX window with a BCC FX selected, click on the License button, and then in the BorisFX window that opens click on the Deactivate button. On the other computer, repeat the process but click on the Actuvate button.

This can also be done via the BorisFX Application Manager if it has been installed on both computers: https://borisfx.com/downloads/?product=app%20manager

The following is from a BorisFX Senior Product Manager on BorisFX's forum in December last year about the same issue:

You can run Continuum on as many computers as you wish, but only one system can check out a license at any given time. So if you have a single license you can activate it on a single system at any given time so in order to use it on another system, you must first deactivate it on the other system.

The following is an FAQ on BorisFX's website about BorisFX plugins offered in a Vegas Pro package: https://borisfx.com/knowledgebase/vegas-pro-faq/

I've owned the BCC OFX Suite (all Continuum Units) for many years and currently BCC 2022 (the current version) works in Vegas Pro 16, 17, 18 & 19, but I don't recall having heard about BCC plugins that come with Vegas Pro being license-locked to the Vegas Pro version that they came with. Others on the forum will hopefully be able to advise whether or not the BCC FX that come with Vegas Pro 19 work in Vegas Pro versions prior to Vegas Pro 19.

Lan & Dexcon -- A big THANKS to you guys for the quick responses. Greatly appreciated, since trying to contact Magix directly seems a formidable challenge, especially with time constraint deadlines like this. Appreciate the crisp, clear, concise replies. Big help in my decision. THANKS Again!
