Can DVDA do "screen captures"?

I had imported pre-rendered video & audio to DVDA for authoring, and wanted to capture a still from the timeline to use as background for the main menu, but I couldn't find a way to do it. Is it possible?

(I ended up playing the video file in PowerDVD and screen capping in that application, but it was a pain).

In the preview window (F9) - top right side you will find an icon 'copy to clipboard' - make sure you set Preview quality to 'Best'

Thanks, I knew it had to be in there somewhere. Curiously, I couldn't find it in the help file.

Now all I need is a micro-app that will save the clipboard contents as a file so I dont have to open up Photoshop...

Go to Button properties - media tab:
select button style 'image only'
and select your captured image as thumbnail media

You do have an app. Got to Start/Accessories and launch the windows paint application. Then select Paste.
