Can i do this setup...........?????????

I have and MPC2000, CPU ( Vegas, ACID, and Battery ). I have made some kits for the Battery and I'm going to use my MPC to trigger them but I won't to know how to hookup the Vegas to accept the sound and to do it into seperate tracks, all at once or individually. Is this setup possible or am I dreaming.....

it sounds like you should be able to control the Battery soft-sampler with your sequencer via the Virtual Midi Router. you could link up Vegas too, then record one drum track at a time, each to a separate track.

you can't have them all going to separate tracks at the same time, unless you can get Battery to send it's sounds over different channels in a multi-channel sound card, or over multiple sound cards.

never done this before though.
