Can I get some finishing tips?

Hi guys.
I hope my video won't be deleted but I kinda need some help.

I volunteered my time to make and edit a video for a volunteer organisation called Timebuilders. I don't get paid for this but I want it to be great for these guys because they pour so much time helping people in the community.

This is the almost finished video, which is a video for potential event makers to view before getting started running there own Timebuilder event.

I have used Movie Maker now for at least a year, being a YouTube video maker I used Movie Maker for basic editing and producing. This video has been going good but I just need some real good advice on what is good and bad.

Thankyou so much.

One of the cameras was poor quality.. so allot of the scenes are kinda blurry and fuzzy.

Your levels look blown. Add the Computer->Studio levels filter on the output. Render (use the Youtube preset) and upload again.
Mixed transitions and animated text should be used very sparingly, and not randomly.

Thankyou and I have no idea why the colours are so bright. The upload to YouTube did that as it looked very normal on my screen. I use a professional IPS monitor with very true to life colour. I don't get what happened.

The text titles are like steps to take for the short guide.

It's called RGB-to-YUV luminance conversion. It's necessary.
But not necessary to understand right this minute. Just follow the (somewhat dated) recipe.
