Can I import Real Media videos?

Ok, I just need to know if it is possible to import a video clip saved in the Real Media format, and if so, how do I do it.

While I'm here, can I also import mpeg video clips? I've just been converting them, but I dont know how to convert the real media files. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hmmm, so no way at all to conver rm files to any other format? Ahh well.

So, I'll try to figure out how to import the mpeg, but would anyone be willing to tell me how in case I dont figure it out? I know they dont show up in the browser...
