No, but you can export PowerPoint to a series of .jpg files and use these. You can also use a screen recording program such as Camtasia to create an AVI file of the PowerPoint display.
If Camtasia is more than you need, you could try Bulent's Screen Recorder - it's about a tenth of the price of Camtasia or MacroMedia Captivate. MacroMedia Captivate started life as a freeware app called CamStudio - you might be able to find a copy on the web.
