If I'm understanding you correctly, all you have to do is drop a video file as the background for the page. The video clip will then play. You also have the option to loop the video too.

yo clearvu i want the picture in the buttons to move not the main background picture. you know like if i had a submenu that says concert footage and the video in the little square is looping playing some of the cncert footage

Click on the thumbnail that you want animated, then look in the Properties window on the right. Find "Graphic". The video clip used for the thumbnail should be already selected under "Thumbnail." If you look at the "Type" field, you'll see that it's defaulted to "Still." Click into the field and select "Animated." You can also change the Start Time, if you wish. Repeat as necessary for each menu choice.
