I recorded a concert last weekend. Actually two shows. The shows were the same, and once I get the list from the director I'll be mixing them down. I expect I'll be doing some of the songs from one show, and some from the other. I'll have to start with one show or the other, and then when I get the sound I want move all that to the other show.
Each show has its own timeline. Is there a way I can save all the channel settings for all of the channels on one show and export them to the other? I know I can save the fx chains, etc., but I still have to flip back and forth to get the pan settings, gain levels, bus assignments, etc. all the same, or write them all down.
Hmmm, I suppose I could get everything all set up in one show, delete all the tracks, and import all the tracks from the other timeline. One would think there would be a better way though.
