Hi
If I want to make a vcd to play on my dvd player, is using a regular cd r the way to go about doing it or are there actually special empty "vcd" cd's that I am supposed to use.If so , how do I know how to recognise one?
Just a regular CD. whether it will play on your DVD player will depend a lot on your player. You can check your player compatability at www.vcdhelp.com The site is also a source of a lot of information with regards to VCD & SVCD.
(& that's a stereo entry - sorry the previous entry must have gone on while I was typing)
Be careful with the brand of CDR.....there is a difference. I had a stack of Imation brand that I was using for audio, and when I tried them for a VCD, I got allot of digital blocking. The Fuji brand I switched to works perfectly, so there is a difference!
