Can nay see picture when dragging clip

Have I done something wrong? or was I dreaming, i am sure that if I grabbed the right hand side of a clip on the SB I could see the preview in the window as I dragged / trimmed it, as it happens I just get a blank screen when dragging.

Is this correct, or is it time to book one to one sessions with a mind mangler...

There's an option towards the bottom of the Prefs/General tab: "Show video event edge frames ..." - could this have got changed during a recent upgrade?

Your star Peter, it is it, and yes it has been in the upgrade.
Just a foot note i have Friend at the local Playhouse called peter Wright he is the sparky and does the lights for the shows. Knows nothing about video though.
