Can not burn DVDs or Blu-Ray?

Hello guys! I love DVD Architect, but lately its been giving me trouble. When I go to burn a Blu-Ray disc, the Volume name is grayed out, along with the Speed dropdown, and the Next and Finish buttons. It pretty much will not let me do anything. It recognizes that I have a Blu-Ray disk in too.
I really need to get this burnt!
Please help! Thanks!

Use the "Prepare" command to write a DVD folder that you can burn from later. Other users don't recommend DVDA 6 because there are some problems, and no real advantage over 5.x

teakart - examine your system OS 7? 64bit ? check for use of legacy driver for DVD burner? How old make and model burner?
Any firmware updates? Does your burner work with Nero or RoxCD or , native burn in your OS?

In DVDA go to Options > Preferences > Burning tab in DVD Architect and clear the checkbox marked "Use legacy disc drivers". See if this solves your problem.
