can not minimize or maximize the window.

When I open Vegas pro 16 the Minimize/maximize/restore up or down in the top right-hand corner is visible for a split second, then it disappears. I tried going to View and clicking on the default layout but that does nothing. How do I get these icons back? Since I no longer have the X to close the program, I have to close the program in the file menu. Thanks!

You may need to reset Vegas pro. See:
