Can someone export my project file to Adobe Premiere? (.prproj)

Everytime I do, Sony Vegas crashes. (I used Vegas Pro 12 and tried a billion things to make it work to no avail.)

My export went to completion but I'm not sure how useful it would be since all the media was offline.
