Hi, last year I purchased the Magix upgrade from SVP13 to the new Magix Vegas Pro 14, which included also an extra VP13. I don't need the extra VP13 as I was upgrading from it, and I only use 1 laptop and 1 desktop.

Can the extra VP13, (not installed on any pc yet) be given/transferred to a friend/other user with different email, or is it locked to me?
