Am trying to migrate Studio 15 from one computer to another. I have deactivated the old verson and I have a valid code confirmed by the list of registered products. However I get an error 14 when trying to activate.
Please be sure you have the correct installer for the product which you have a serial number for. The easiest way to ensure this is to log into your account at magix.com and go the "My Products" section. You will be able to see the specific product you have and download the proper installer.
Ok, that got me installed-thanks. Now it won't let me load an MP4 files created in OBS. Same files work fine on another Movie Studio 15 install. Running Ryzen 7 3700 CPU, AMD x5700 GPU on Windows10 . "The file could not be opened".

Hmm, went to recreate the error to get of screen shot of the message and it worked fine. The reboot overnight must have straightened out the problem.
