Can't build DVDs anymore on DVDit! Is it Vegas Problem?

I have Vegas 4 and DVDit! PE for authoring. I have been using the software for more than 6 months and everything used to work perfect. Last week, for some reason I don't understand, DVDit! stopped building the Folders.
I have been into Sonic Forums and everything goes to the MPEG files. They say that the MPEG files are corrupted.
Have tried everythig: formatted my PC, reinstalled all the software, but still haven't results. I burned more than 100 different DVDs on the 6 months, and now I have plenty of work to deliver and nothing. Kind of desperate!

Any help welcome.

I don't have DVDit, but am thinking perhaps you could try rendering to AVI in V4 and then to MPEG2 using something other than V4. Then see if DVDit will accept the MPEG2. If it doesn't, you could eliminate V4 as the cause. It's an exta step but might be worth it.

Also, did you add any new software or service packs or anything last week?

Another thing to check is the audio settings. I have used DVD packages that don't mind 44100hz and others that choke unless they get 48000hz. No rhyme or reason to it.

It's probably some small setting that has changed somehow. Good luck, hope you get things back on track.
