Hi,
I have downloaded the demo version of Vegas Video 3.0 for testing purposes. I have to say I like it better than Adobe Premiere, Windows MovieMaker, etc. But I have a problem with capturing video (and audio) in Vegas Video Capture (which is included in the Vegas Video 3.0 Trial). I've connected my Sony DCR-TRV320E PAL digital camcorder with a Creative Soundblaster Audigy Player card and both devices are recognized by Windows XP (SP1). I see and hear the preview of the video when I play a movie. I can record this movie and I even hear my harddisk recording. But when I push the Stop button for cancelling the capture process, Vegas Video Capture says that there was "No Video Captured". The strange thing is that I can capture video (and audio) without any problem in Adobe Premiere and Windows MovieMaker. So it has to be a Vegas Video related issue and a standard driver issue of something like that! Does anybody has an idea of a suggestion what it could be?!
Thanks in advance,
Bart (Belgium)
