Can't Choose "Custom Settings"!!

Upon re-installing and thus picking up the 6.0C update Vegas will not let me choose "Custom" when rendering to mpeg 1 or 2

No problem with .wmv or. mov though ....

Help?

you need to register your MPEG plugin

- oh, I did that a LONG time ago - but strangely I got it to work by installling DVD Arcitect on this machine - actually I have it on another machine since I have the DVD Burner residing over there but I read somewhere that this could be the problem and it was!
It was rendering alright but without "Custom" enabled ...
