Can't find "filter package" folder after installing preset folder

Hello,

I can't find any "Filter package" folder after installing presets using "Preset Manager".
Therefore I can't use any presets effect (such as transitions).
Running Sony vegas 15.
Looking forward for your answers, Thanks.

You are looking at the wrong place, click the fx button on an event , track or project and you will see this
