Would you outline exactly what steps you are taking and what response you get. I presume it is the activation process you are having trouble with.

Thanks Peter, I load the software & then when I open for first time you get the activation box & then I click it to get a error message that says: " An error occurred during registration of DVD Arch Pro 4.5....the server was unable to complete the registration as requested".

Then I click RETRY and same message as above...then "If you click cancel, info will be provided to register using alternative methods".

Then another box comes up and it has the machine ID & serial number and it asks for an Authentication Code then there is a link for customer service which takes you to Common Registration Questions here is one that pertains to me:

Serial number + Computer/Machine ID = Activation/Authentication Code

When do I need a new activation or authentication code?
You will need to obtain a new activation or authentication code if you install a new version of the Windows Operating System, change the lettering of your hard drives, adding or removing hardware, install the application on a new computer, or reinstall Windows after a system crash.

There is a Registration Form link that I tried filling out but it won't register...
Any answers?

Thanks I found the problem...it was the wrong authentication code sorry my mistake.
