Can't Import .Avi Into Vegas 7?

I made a pre-roll animation in Flash 8, exported it to an .avi file and tried to import it into Sony 7, but it won't show the video, it only brings the sound.

Any help? I have the latest DivX installed. Anything else I should try?

i've had a similar problem and it's always been a problem with not having the correct codecs installed. there's free programs available that can detect the codecs used by your avi file and will tell you which codec you need to download and install. hope this helps.
