Can't import M2Vs into DVDA?

Just downloaded the beta. Looks amazing, but the first thing that really surprised me was that there doesn't seem to be a way to import M2Vs exported from VV3!! Only AVIs. Is this true?

It did say in the release notes that a AC3 , MP3 & MPEG files can't be used in the beta version to avoid license problems
